Free/trial MB diagnostic software?

I think my Asus P5W DH got some problem. Are there any good and free diagnostic MB software so I can check?

Sorry, my MB is P5B Deluxe with the latest stable BIOS. I got 2 HD to make RAID 0. Now I got the following message during bootup:

Port Drive Model Size Type/Status
0 WDC WD 2500KS 232.9G Error Occurred (0)
1 WDC WD 2500KS 232.9G Member Disk (0)

Is this problem from MB, or disk? But, I am able to boot XP w/o anyproblems. 'CHKDSK' didn't return any error.

you may want to run a smart tool to check the drive and start backing up your data.
