I have a philips model#50PF7321D/37 50 in plasma tv with no picture.Had flashing red light 2 weeks ago,I updated the software and it started working again till now?The picture would go in and out till it finally stopped working.I took the back of the tv off to look for blown capacitors but found none,the only thing i saw was a green flashing light on the power supply board when i plugged it in,does this mean that board is bad?
