Free up 4GB of memory in Hardware Reserve.

I was playing some steam games on my new machine, when I started up Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare and was struck to see the error message that I did not have enough RAM. I checked my RAM in my task manager and it said 4.0GB were in the hardware reserve. Puzzled, I pulled out the RAM(2x4GB HyperX Fury Blue 1866MHz in dual channel) sticks to see that it was the righside one with the problem. But after resetting, I still had 4GB in hardware reserve. Please help! Thanks! P.S. I recently overclocked my AMD FX-6300 to 4.2 GHz, it is 100% stable.

2x4GB HyperX Fury Blue 1866MHz in dual channel
AMD FX-6300 OC'd to 4.2GHz
Coolermaster Hyper212EVO
EVGA GTX 970 SC ACX 2.0
MSI 970a-g43(compatible with my ram)
Windows 8.1 Pro

Looked at msconfig->boot->advanced options and see if the max. mem. is unchecked?
Looked in the bios for memory remapping option and that it is set to enabled?
