Free windows 10?

My current computer is eligible for the free Windows 10 upgrade (July 29th I think) but if I buy a new computer after July 29th but before it's been out for a year, will I still get windows 10 for free?

If you buy a new pre-built computer after July 29th, then you should get a copy of windows 10 with that computer. If you build your own computer and put your current copy of windows on it, LEGALLY, then yes, you will get windows 10 for free within 1 year of release.

It depends on your version of windows, and what license you have on your computer.

In theory, yes. Your old computer will still be eligible as well.
