you can if your school purchased a volume licencing program from microsoft.it may not be entirely free but i would imagine it would be a minimal charge if anything.here is a site where you can check it out.

While you're at it, Office is free for many students too. (I never understood why they have a "Home and Student" version when they have this program.)
