freeagent go windows 8

Is it possible to use the FreeAgent Go portable HD in Windows *? I receive an error that says it is not recognized. Works fine in W7. ?driver issue? Thanks

Should work just fine. I have one I use with my Asus Laptop that is running Windows 8.1 and it works fine. Have you checked it with a different USB port?
