Freelance stuck after mission2

I finished the mission2. And Juni says she will meet me after she
finished some assignment. At this time I can explore the systen and do
a little business.
But after I take almost 40 actions,I still not seen Juni contact me.
What's the activate condition to the mission 3. I am stucked. HELP!!!

She is not there. Even I load the save file after Mission 2 and fly to
Minor.
Still no sign of Juni.

It's been awhile, but is it possible she's waiting for you to complete
a mission (from one of the bars) before you can continue?
