When I play certain video games my GPU shuts down after 10-20 minutes. The Windows Event Viewer logs an Error every time it happens, and it tells me that the "Freemake Improver Service" failed, but I deleted it months ago.
I looked everywhere on my PC for it, but I can't find it.

PC specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x
GPU: R590
Motherboard: Prime B-350 Plus
PSU: be quiet! Straight Power 11

If you just deleted it you left a lot of junk behind.
Even if you used the prog's uninstaller you may have left junk behind.
I've been testing revo uninstaller and it's been showing me that some of the prog uninstallers need help.
