Hello, today I was playing CS:GO and tabbed out to pause my Spotify music. From that moment on, CS:GO has been stuck on like 1-2fps, sometimes randomly recovering for a few seconds and then dropping back. As soon as I turn off freesync these issues disappear. I reinstalled AMD drivers, still same thing. No other games suffer from this issue.

Specs:
GPU: RX 6600 XT
CPU: Ryzen 5 5600
RAM: 16 GB DDR4 3600MHz
Motherboard: asus tuf gaming b550m-plus

Assuming you've also made sure your CS:GO install is verified and nothing is corrupted, the only other option I can see is disabling FreeSync just for this game. See https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/f...-Radeon-FreeSync-for-Individual-Applications- on how to configure this for indvidiaul apps.

Note that FreeSync is only useful if the game is performing below the refresh rate, which I can't imagine is a problem with CS:GO on a 6600XT.
