Freesync monitor with Nvidia

I’m looking to get either a Asus vz239h or a acer gf246 bmipx. Which one would be the better option and will a gtx 1060 affect it?

What you also need to know is this
a $300 Freesync monitor will still run at 144hz on your graphics card
an equivalent Gsync monitor will be $400+ because Nvidia charge about $100-150 for using their technology.
