freesync not working

hi i have a aos g2460vq6 moniter and rx 480 but for some reason in catalyst control center freesync is greyed out saying freesync not supported , even tho the moniter and graphics card are freesync compatible , just wont activate

oh it does, thx ill try now, an yeah was using hdmi cable
