Freesync ultrawide or high refresh rate?

I have a 2400G apu system that needs some work, so i was woundering if i should go for a ultrawide or a high refresh rate monitor as a upgrade to my aging 1050p monitor from 2009, i was looking at basic 1080P monitors before i noticed i could get 144hz for 155 pounds on sale or ultrawide for the same price, so i thought why not spend a bit more for a beter and longer lasting monitor, and before you say it, i cant get a new gpu for a mulitude of reasons.

Depends on what you do really. If you need more screen estate go for wide, if you game a lot go for 144hz

I am more looking for a imersive experience as i can use my 1050p as a second display

What are these monitor models exactly ??

Ive not seen anything with those specs for that price .

Also bear in mind your motherboard video outs have a bearing on what resolution / refresh you can run.
