Freeze after new ram

i have 2x 2gb ram one adata 1600mhz and zion 1600mhz then i bought a new hyperx 4gb 1866mhz then i removed the 2gb one stick and inserted the 4gb stick then after i turn on the pc it freeze at starting windows my pc works well with the only 4gb stick or the 2x2gb but freeze at 4gb one stick adn 2 gb one stick
my Motherboard is GIGABYTE J1800M D2P-IN
