freeze at MB screen

hello, I have problem with new Graphics card. When I upgrading from 550ti to N660 OC 2GD it stuck on MB screen when i turn on PC.

GA-Z77MX-D3H - MB
I5 3450 Ivy
8gb kingstone 1666mhz (4+4)
550W power supply (new and it must be compatible with all parts)

E:/ that card function on another pc so its not broken
idk about BIOS but version F5, last update is from 2/21/2012

Okay so i Updated BIOS from F5 to F9 and problem solved...
