Freeze every 30 seconds for 3-5 seconds

Ok so i play alot of computer games and any game that i have to connect to a server i freeze/disconnect from the server for 4 seconds every 30 seconds and its exactly every 30 seconds and when i play offline everything is fine. its been happening for about 2 years now and ive had enough we have reset the router and went to a diffrent highway for spectrum internet and it fixed it for only 1 week then the problems resumed

Windows 10:lenovo Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-4460T CPU @ 1.90GHz, 1901 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 4 Logical Processor(s) i seem to have alot of memory taken up on my computer but theres still some more available memory left

what is your internet connection is it fiber , cable or else , you gotta get help from your service provider

thats what i figured my service provider is just garbage thankyou for at least confirming what i thought
