edit: try 3200MHz

which BIOS version is on it now?

check the memory by running memtest.org usb autoinstaller (bootable USB flash drive)

to have a look what the problem could be:
run userbenchmark.com and post the http link of your result, e.g. https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/28977730

check windows integrity
open the command prompt as administrator and type DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us...em-files/bc609315-da1f-4775-812c-695b60477a93

clean boot
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

check the hard drive for errors with its manufacturer´s tool

Reset the BIOS by jumper clrCMOS or JBAT or similar (eventually you will have to set the boot priority correctly after that)

check if some cpu socket pins of the motherboard are bend

thx for reply,
Im using F7 version, and im run benchmark while my ram at stick a1 / a2? And xmp enable or disable?

while xmp enable im set speed memory to 3200 and still same freeze again.

might be not compatible with your motherboard
which corsair model is it exactly?
have a look of supported models on gigabyte´s website

Im using corsair model CMW16GX4M2D3600C18

Not in list corsair models i own in gigabyte website

but i think something problem with my pc because if im using stick a1 can works normally without xmp. Maybe incorrect timing too

is different updated bios from windows or from
bios?

if the update was successful, it´s not different. But you can reset the BIOS afterwards to be sure everything is set to default.

Did you do the memtest yet? maybe one stick is defective.

If A1 is constantly fine, maybe there really is a bend pin in the CPU socket or contacts on the CPU are dirty. Did you eventually touch the golden contacts of the CPU or socket of the motherboard?

Also a cooler tightened too much can affect contactability

please run the other tests as well to have a closer look

the windows event viewer can show some errors as well, check the events at the time it froze your PC

i run benchmark and this result

https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/54981973

any problem with that?

For the purpose of testing with 2 sticks you want the ram in slots a2+b2....see the manual.

If you are going to use one stick then use slot a2.

To run UBM proper.

Reboot.
Wait a few mins.
Run UBM with the browser closed.
Post a link to the results.

UBM=userbenchmark.

update i enable xmp and input manually timing xmp after i played games a moment its hard freeze, this problem maybe incorrect timing?
Where i can get the timing correctly?

Start over.
Go to a working machine and put a copy of memtest86 on a flash stick.
Verify the stick boots.

Take the stick to the problem machine.
Put the ram in slots a2+b2.
Turn off xmp.
Boot the flash stick and let it run to completion.
Do you get any errors?
