Hello there, i've been having some issues lately when using certain programs like web browsers and sometimes even by simply trying to access computer files, usually i get a small freeze/soft lock and just by doing ctrl+shift+esc and ending processes is enough to fix, but lately things are getting to a point that i have to force shut the computer down.
Oddly enough this doesn't happen while playing games for some reason.

I tried formatting the main HDD and also did some tests with many programs like memtest prime95 and others, and had no issues with Memory/CPU/MB/Video Card.
Then i ended up using Crystal Disk to check on my hard drives even though my main one is relatively new with about 6-8 months and the other backup one not even 1 month old, that test got a Caution on the main one and i wonder what is the meaning of that and if it is what is causing the problem i'll link the screenshot here:

The smart data (in the screenshot) is very conclusive.
Your HDD got multiple bad sectors (and is likely to develop more as well)
Typically, these are caused by faulty read/write heads scratching the platters.
For me, Seagate's have been more reliable, but to be on the fair side, things are not always as they appear to be, and it's entirely possible you've had it bad from day one (and just didn't know it til it got worse!) Most people presume that if an HDD works "out of the box" then it's okay , but that is not always the case however (and you should always test new HDDs with a smart monitoring app, or the manufacturer's diagnostic app)
Anyways, I doubt you'd have any issues with using the warranty.
Are you sure it's that bad? Like i said the HDD is kinda recent and nothing happens sometimes or on a game.

I don't have any important data on it so that's not a problem, only thing that worries me is if i can still use the warranty to trade for another if it is that bad.
It's a WD Blue HDD that i got on a good price at that time, usually i only go with Seagate but wanted to try that one because at the time i heard good things about it. I wonder if it's common for WD Blue to have this kind of early failure.
