Question Freezes at startup, no beep, no touch, and then works fine

I turned on the PC and it emits a continuous one beep as if it had frozen. Then, when I turn it off and on again, It doesn't beep and no signal to the monitor, only the fans are working. This happens two or three times.
I turn off the computer for about 1 minute and then when I turn it on again, it works normally.
What's happening?

Which motherboard, CPU, PSU? or which pre-built desktop system model?

probably empty BIOS battery or video card/cable missing or faulty or RAM problem (reseat)

Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M PLUS USB3 AM3+
CPU: Athlon II X4 640 3GHz
No dedicated graphic, I'm using the motherboard integrated one.
RAM: 12GB (4 + 8)
Power: Corsair 650W bronze

Ok I've just bought it, I will post if it happens again or the replacement solves the issue
