Question Freezes in almost every games, goes to desktop.

Hello Guys

Came you help with the following problem ?
My new build is a 2700x , aorus x470 ultra gaming and an rtx 2070 .

I get freezes ,stuttering in almost every game i play and sometimes my game goes to desktop by default .
Is this from a faulty driver ? How can i fix this ?

Also mention the games you've tried to rule out a possible issue with one particular game being buggy.
