Please help me! This is the first time anything like this has done anything to this PC. Any information and advice to how to fix this would be greatly appreciated.
When I sign into normal mode, it freezes on the welcome screen. Everyone once in a while it will go to the normal homepage, but when you try to open something, it says there is an error, and says "Press ok to close it." It happens to every app I try to open. Although, it runs fine in safe mode, I can pull up the internet, and pull up all the apps. Everything is perfectly fine in safe mode. Someone, please help me. Any advice would be helpful. I don't know a lot of information about the PC but if you tell me how to get the information and how to find it, I will be sure to get it to you.
