Freezes on start-up

Can anyone help my pc freezes on start up. I've tried pressing shift f8, control f8 but can't get into safe mode.

if you have more than 2 ram sticks, can you try just leaving one or the other? one of them could be faulty causing your PC to freeze. also remove your gpu just in case. if it doesnt work, only way is to find someone who can make a windows 10 installer for you from this site below

I've managed to start the pc up now it lets me log in but no program will start I can't even get into settings nothing loads up.

something mustve happened the last time you used your PC? sudden/abnormal shutdown perhaps during a windows update?
when you say settings wont load. is your start menu not showing? is that the ONLY that doesnt work rightnow? clicking on desktop icons work?

if you press winkey, will your start menu showup?

I can get into stat screen but it will not let me select anything no programs start.

did you install a graphics card driver lately? or a windows update? if you have problems using your start menu. it sounds like a graphics driver problem.

can you try this fix? can you restart and go to BIOS and disable "shared video memory" and set graphics to "pcie"?

I can't do anything everything I've tried will not start.

so its freezing right now? you cant press ctrl alt del? what was the last thing that happened when your pc was working normally?

if your pc keeps freezing. it could be a RAM issue. you can force shutdown your PC by pressing your power button for 5 secs. remove your power plug. turn off your power syupply. open your pc and remove one stick. and try to start up your pc again. if it still freezes. replace it with the other one and try starting up again.

I shut the pc down as normal as we were away for a few days came home turned the pc on and that's when it started freezing.
