CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
MOTHERBOARD: GALAX B450M Ver1.0
GPU: Zotac GeForce RTX 3070 TWIN EDGE OC 8GB GDDR6
SSD: Klevv Cras C710 512GB M.2 NVMe
SATA: SEAGATE 1TB
RAM: PNY XLR8 Epic-X RGB 16GB 3200MHZ DDR4 (x2)
PSU: Segotep 650W 80+
CPU COOLER: Jonsbo CR-1400 RGB
Monitor: 30" 200hz Prism x300

The above is my pc build. I am currently having issues with having my screen freezing every 10s or so when I am playing any game. Only when I reduce the fps cap to 60 I have smooth game play.
I tried many things on youtube and google but still wasn't able to fix it. I ran userbenchmark and I think the ram is running at 2667 but on my task manager and xmp profile it shows 3200. It also shows the cpu is performing way below expectation. How do I solve this. Attached a link below for userbenchmark. Currently using screen resolution 2560 x 1080.

I forgot to include that the bios xmp profile has 2 different option for every speed with different CAS latency. Unsure which to choose.
This is the latest with nothing running except userbenchmark. It seems like the ram is still running at 2667

The ram is running at 3200.

You might want to free up an extra 40/50GB of space on the OS disk.
Might help perf.

Pardon my questioning but why my ram shows 2.7, shouldn't it show 3.2? but when I compare it to others theirs are 3.2 and their max ram speed is 3.2.
Alright ill try to free up some space.
And will heat cause fps stutter? As I just realize all my fans in the case are output fans there is no intake fans. The front panel is completely solid with no holes.

Looks like what you have is 2666 ram overclocked to 3200 speed.

Fans?
As long as the innards are staying cool I would not worry about it.

Alright thanks for the explanation. I kinda followed a guide on google and used a portable fan and faced it towards the inside of my pc and now I am running at 200 fps no stuttering at all.
