Question Freezes

So my friend got an alienware aurora r6 or r7 he later upgraded his parts because the computer was garbage from what i remember he has now an i5 8th gen with gtx1060 after installing his parts on a msi z390 windows kept crashing so he deleted windows and then his bios when turning on kept freezing when u press f11 so we finally downloaded windows 10 pro free version and now it keeps freezing so we reinstalled again and then it would be in an install loop

Psu is good i think its like 650w ram is 16gb and temps r rlly good
