Freezing after heavy load.

Those are my specs. Sometimes after i get through gaming after a heavy load i freeze up. Computer stays on mouse and keyboard. Stay powered. But system just becomes unresponsive. CPU temps hit 58C and GPU temps hit 74C. Any suggestions?

Forgot to mention nothing is oc. And i am pretty sure not a memory issue. Ran memtest for 6 passes.
