Question Freezing and crashing

Just freshly built my pc double checked everything is in order turn it on everything is fine install windows and it starts crashing from time to time I also can't play games without it freezing /crashing certain games will last longer but bigger games will crash 5 mintues into playing it also crashing sometimes on motherboard load up screen.

The one thing that stands out is the PSU -- Aerocool ones are very poor quality so it could be that.

Temps might also be getting too high so check those, (see post from Vic 40 here)

However, I wouldn't expect PC to crash from high temps during boot unless it's still too hot from a gaming session you've just had.

I've got a feeling it's the mobo or ram cause very time I turn the MHZ up it crashes or freezes

I've also checked temperatures and they don't ago over 60
