Question New build freezing/crashing?

Just freshly built my pc double checked everything is in order turn it on everything is fine, installed Windows and it starts crashing from time to time. I also can't play games without it freezing /crashing certain games will last longer but bigger games will crash 5 mintues into playing it also crashing sometimes on motherboard load up screen.
