Question Freezing for no reason, stuttering.

Since I got my new PC, I've been getting stutters and freezing, not only in games, but in browsers and even when screen-sharing in discord. Any solution?

SPECS :

CPU - I5 8500 3.0 Ghz

GPU - AMD Radeon RX 590+ Nitro Edition

8 GB of ram 2400 Ghz

Motherboard - Gigabyte Z390 Gaming X

PSU - Corsair VS 650W

Check temps as rgd1101 states.

Memory in single channel or dual channel?

Boot in Clean Mode and recheck your browser issues. If still there, something in hardware settings. If not, something in your software.
