Hello.
My laptop is running Windows 8.1 for a long time, and today the mouse just started to sometimes stop responding for a few seconds, then it works again. This is driving me insane, and it gets me killed when i play games. I've tried different mouses, USB ports, and still no result.
Anyone has a solution?

For those who are still encountering this problem (bluetooth mouse freezing) , i found a partial fix to this.
Before you start your working session, go to settings --> change PC settings --> bluetooth ...basically to launch this page and keep it open.
Then mouse over to the top left hand corner of your screen to switch back to your working interface.

Everytime the mouse freezes, just slide the cursor to the top left hand corner of your screen to switch to the bluetooth page.
The mouse will unfreeze once you switch to this page...and then you can switch back to your working page.

With this method, you will not need to shut down your laptop or do a mouse resintall.

Hope this helps.
