Freezing new pc

My pc specs are :

Cm b600
Gigabyte ga970-ud3p
Msi r9 280x
Fx-6300
Seagate sshd
8gb ram

I had random feezing in win 7 and after that I upgraded to windows 10 and had th same problem. So I did a clean install and still I have these problem.does anyone have a solution

1. Did you do an upgrade install or proper full format of hard drive before installing.
2. If you did do proper format then check:
a- Check for dust on ram and cup fan and clean if its bad....then check again.
b- Check if thermal paste on cpu is dried up, if it is re-apply and test again.

I forgot to mention i also have tgese weird random restarts

Check that all your drivers are certified for windows 10.

Also google runtime broker fix for issues when upgrading from win 7 to 10, but it may fix but disable other stuff, I'm using windows 7 so my info is limited.

Please run sfc/scannow on your computer once. then check is it working fine or not?

I found the problem. My wireless usb mouse caused the freeze i read it on an forum i had ti change some bios settings and plug the usb device in an other usb port and now about 6 hours later no freeze and no random boot.
