Question Freezing on new PC build

I'm getting a maddening issue with my brand new build. Freezing that happens sometimes after 10 minutes and sometimes after up to 5+ hours.

First UI is unresponsive, then the mouse locks up as well. Have to force power off and on to fix.

The first error in Event Viewer describes this issue: "Windows boot environment failed load the HSP firmware. StatusCode: {File Not Found} The file %hs does not exist., Reason: Failed to detect HSP device."
But I don't think this is the root cause. Unsure how to diagnose beyond this.

I can play pretty demanding games without it ever freezing. It seems to mostly freeze while I have Microsoft Edge or my 3d rendering program Keyshot in use.

I've updated all my drivers and am desperately looking for a solution. I have a few years of experience with PCs in the past but it's been a while since I've custom built one. Where else can I look to see what's causing this?

Yeah fresh Windows 11 Pro install

Did you find anything? im getting the same issue, same cpu. new build, done by a retailer

in the event log I only get this

Somewhat... no freezing aside from my rendering program Keyshot after reinstalling CPU drivers. That's similar to what I got as well. Very frustrating that there doesnt seem to be a way to diagnose better
