So this all started two weeks ago. It was just a small lag, where every now and then I'd be browsing and my display would just freeze for a few seconds before returning to normal. Then one day I started up my laptop and it froze on the "toshiba leading innovation" loading page, and remained there until the laptop either ran out of battery or I restarted it. I would force restart it once or twice and it would work.

The more time went by, the worse it got. I'd spend up to three hours restarting my computer before I'd make it to the Windows 10 log in, but I'd still manage to get it running.

Now, for the last three days, it freezes without fail every time I start up my laptop. I've tried every thing. I've gone through automatic repair dozens of times, tried every option on startup settings, I did a system restore to a backup from before this started happening, I've done a startup repair, and most recently I've recently even wiped my laptop through "reset this PC". I've removed all my files and even reinstalled Windows, but still the freezing persists. This laptop is barely three months old, and I'm just so frustrated. Any advice?

Solution
Freezing is likely to be a hardware problem. Since it is only 3 months old, I would take it to Toshiba and get them to look at it.
