A while ago I tried to overclock my PC, then I later figured out I couldn't. there was a problem then I had to do a factory reset and now my computer just freezes up completely. I have a few ideas on what the problem could be:
-corrupted HDD
-overheating CPU
-not enough RAM
-GPU problem
here are my PC's specs:
intel core i3 2120 3.20 GHz
Nvidia GeForce GTX 650
Gigabyte GA-H61M-DS2
windows 7 Home Premium SP1
I am going to try getting better CPU fan and get some more ram (I have 4GB ATM) and see if they fix it. If anyone has any ideas on how to prevent the freezing, please let me know.
