freezing problem gaming pc

Hi guys! i have been experiencing problems related to freezing on my pc while gaming session or sometimes maybe watching videos on youtube.

i experienced it while gaming in league of legends freezing randomly and also cs:go especially when someone throws a flash grenade it freezes my screen and i need to hard press reset my pc and reconnect it.

it usually happens like randomly 2-3x a day randomly it start freezes then after hard reset it will freeze again sometimes when reconnecting and playing that game again .

bios on latest update and system not overclocked

cpu: intel 6600k
cooling: h100i corsair
mobo: z170 deluxe
ram: 16g corsair ddr4 2140MHZ
gpu: msi r9 390
Psu: evga g2 850w
storage: evo 850 samsung(os main) , wd blue 1tb

I can see you have a nice system and must be very annoying just trying too think of things have you tested the RAM or tried 1 stick on its own see if that has any effect

thank you for the fast reply! i tested my ram and theres no problems on it even i enable or disable xmp . :/ any solution?

how about looking at your settings of everything in HWiNFO64 there must be something not quite right

how do i do that? dowloaded the software . tried updating all my drivers

Download (HWINFO) it will tell you the frequency and speed of devices the usb one does not install anything its just very handy too see all devices are running at correct speeds and frequency's and post a picture

yeah that is great but I cannot see any problems with it nothing that stands out looks fine

idk, sometimes when it freezes it show the my mobo usually its q code 2 or sometimes its q code 4 :/ its getting annoying really especially playing rank games

I would try and go on the Asus forum and ask in there
