First of all, I would really be greatful if somebody could help me with my issue here. I tried so much and still don't have a solution.

My PC is freezing whenever I'm playing something which requires my graphics card to "give his best". I already ran FurMark, but didn't get any crash at all. I even noticed that my fan was not even on. I manually set it to auto with MSI Afterburner. But even after that, it keeps crashing, so i don't think it's a heating problem. I looked up the temperatures with GPU-Z, but they are all fine. My power supply and graphics card are not even 2 weeks old. I had the problem since day 1 or 2 I think. The graphics card before that hadn't similar issues, but still issues. The thing is, I don't get a bluescreen, well technically yes, but with no message, it's like my graphics card is not being used anymore and I need to manually restart my PC. The music even keeps playing in the background. I just get a "driver has crashed" from UE4 - I never get a "driver has crashed" from any games, not even a message. It just goes blue and then back on. After that the game is "inactive" and I need to kill the task. I also get some strange things while browsing, it's like 10 pixels are "fucked" for a seconds and need to get their color again. I am sorry, I don't know how to describe it. This happens mostly with Firefox and my Desktop, but NEVER with games, never when watching a movie - I believe so. I had the pixel problem with my old card too, so I don't know what causes it. I tried to "give" my graphics card more power (20%), because it's overclocked "from house", but after that I even got faster crashes (not 100% sure).

I thank you for reading all of this and hope to hear a solution from you soon.

My System:
AMD Radeon R9 380 Nitro
Be Quiet! BN234 E10-CM-500W Straight Power "Modular"
Gigabyte GA-B75M-D3H
Ram: 2x4GB
Hard Disk: 1 Terabyte HDD

Some Information:
- Clean Windows 10 installation
- Latest AMD Crimson Drivers
- Mostly freezes on UE4, Black Ops 3 (if textures on High), Fallout 4 (2 times)
- Never freezes when not playing or playing: Rainbow Six: Siege (Ultra), League of Legends and HotS

EDIT: Here is a GPU-Z log right before the crash I had after working with UE4 again. Can't post it in pastebin since it messes up the format and makes it not readable.

I've got the same Problem with the Sapphire AMD Radeon R9 380 Nitro. Newest drivers 15.301.1801.1001-160203a-299101E are installed, but happend with the two previous versions as well. I've got Windows 10 pro and 16GB of RAM. It freezes and sometimes even gets a bluescreen when I play Assassins Creed Syndicate (very high). Always around up to 5 minutes into the game. Nothing happens if I play games that are using less power, like Diablo III for example. I checked with GPU-Z. The temperature is around 73 degrees and the Graphics RAM is not working to capacity when the crash happens. I just can't explain it. I thought maybe the Power Supply can't handle it when the Graphis Card is getting busy but a quick calculation tells me I have around 100W left.
Did you find a solution to this problem DedSec10?

I did everything you did too and still couldn't solve my problem. 1 month passed now since I have found a solution on the amd subreddit. You need to disable ULPS. I use sapphire trixx to do it and keep it as an autostart program. You can disable it through the registry too if you want. The thing is that games like League of Legends, Tetris or another NOT demanding game, won't get you this problem. Simply because it doesn't use all the power your card can give. The more performance you demand from your graphics card, the more power (Watt) it needs. And at some point you get this error. I completed ACS 2 weeks ago and had no single crash. Same goes for ALL other games. So I think that this must be the solution. I also use Sapphire Trixx to control my FAN, since the new Crimson driver liked to grill graphics cards.

If you have any more questions, I would be glad to help you mate, because I know how you feel and that it's really frustrating. I am not commonly active on this forum, so if you need any more help, you can add me at Skype: DedSec10.
