freezing, restarting, bluescreen

about a week ago my computer started to crash while i was watching a youtube video. now when ever i play games or watch videos or just have more than 3 windows of what ever open my computer will freeze, restart, or bluescreen. i did a virus scan in safe mode no viruses and after that i did a malware scan nothing but now when i go into safemode my computer just restarts. i could use all the help i could get right about now

Ok, so the system has no model number(Home built or bought from a store?)? Have you pulled the side panel off to see what is inside? Hell maybe it is so full of dust it is crashing from heat.

For the hell of it, Try with just one stick of memory.

Your system parts all look more than compatible with one another, but defects can happen.

Is the system any better if left off for a while? I have to guess PSU or an improperly seated cooler.

well its been working fine for the past year but shit does happen over a year so i will give it a try....yes the longer its oof the longer it works or if a new update of windows comes out it will last an extra 2 hours

I would ensure the power supply fan is turning as well(and all fans for that matter). Maybe it is shutting down(or going out of spec) from some kind of malfunction.

all fans seem to be running...when i use only one stick of memory is there a program to that or do i just take out the other 3?

Yeah, you just take out the other sticks. See you manual to ensure the single stick is in the right slot.

You will have to test each stick to see what stick or sticks are bad or if you just need some tweaks to get all of them working together.
