Question Freezing system !

Sep 19, 2020
Hello friends ✋. I assembled my system recently . My system configuration is:

Aorus Z390Pro wifi
i9 9900k
Msi Rx480 GamingX 8G
Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro 32GB (2x16GB) DDR4 3200 C16
win 10 pro

My problem is that after installing the new Windows, my system froze several times.
It happens almost once a day! It does not give a BOSD message when it hangs and only the Windows screen freezes and I have to reset with case Button.

This problem only occurs in the Windows environment and when I am using the Internet browser (often Firefox) but so far I have not had any problems in the game (COD Warzone)
But after entering Windows, I checked the "view reliability" section to find out the reason for the freeze.
I put the message "view reliability history" section of Windows, which shows the type of error message.
A problem with your hardware caused Windows to stop working correctly.

Extra information about the problem
Bucket ID: LKD_0x141_Tdr: 6_IMAGE_amdkmdag.sys
Because the word "amdkmdag.sys" was in the message, I guessed it was related to the AMD graphics card.

I also tried these solutions but it did not work!

1-Clear the graphics card driver with DDU and install the latest AMD driver
2-Check the system overclocking settings that are on the default mode
3-Using the Chrome browser (of course, I did not delete Firefox and its program was still installed in Windows along with Chrome)

Can anyone please help solve the problem?
