I recently purchased a new PC on amazon but the compoments will take some days to arrive, but I get my new graphic card early, then I'm using my new EVGA GTX 1060 3GB on my old machine just to test it.

Intel Core i5-3570K Quad-Core Processor 3.4 GHz 4 Core LGA 1155 - BX80637I53570K
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler with 120mm PWM Fan (RR-212E-20PK-R2)
Gigabyte Intel Z77 LGA 1155 AMD CrossFireX/NVIDIA SLI W/HDMI, DVI Dual UEFI BIOS ATX Motherboard GA-Z77X-D3H
Corsair 8 GB (2x4GB) Vengeance Blue Low Profile 1600mhz PC3-12800 240-pin Dual Channel DDR3 Memory Kit 16 Dual Channel Kit - CML16GX3M4A1600C9B
Seagate ST2000DM001 Barracuda 7200RPM 2 TB SATA 6 GB/s NCQ 64 MB Cache 3.5-Inch
SSD 240 GB SanDisk Ultra II
PSU EVGA 500W White 80+

I executed League of Legends and I'm getting freezing and low FPS 30-50, then I executed the Unigine Heaven Benchmark 4.0, and I get:

FPS: 70.2
Score: 1769
Min FPS: 8.9
Max FPS: 137.3

and using FurMark: Furmark.

With my old HD 7850 I get 90-110 fps on League of Legends without any freezing. Do you know why? Is that PSU enough for this build?

Thank you

Before doing the Windows clean install, try one more thing. Install DDU and run it in safe mode to uninstall any Nvidia and AMD driver files it finds. DDU does a much more thorough job of wiping the registry clean of driver remnants. Reboot and to another CCleaner run (Clean and Registry both). Then install the latest GTX 1060 driver again. See if all is well or not.

The problem was the temperature, the cooler wasn't working as it was supposed to. I noticed that using 3DMark and making some tests. I replaced the cooler and now everything is smooth, maybe too smooth and I wondering: did I really needed a new pc? just with this new Graphic Card I can wait for one or two years more.

Thank very much to everybody!!.
