Except that's how you destroy the entire market.
Devs won't see a single damn penny, esp for SP games, and everyone's gonna switch to "As a Service" modules with <Mod Edit> of microtransactions.

Oof... This would force sites like Humble Bundle to find an alternative to Steam for their purchased games.

I can only imagine if some of the companies that depend on Steam weren't properly accounted for.

Like if someone pays for Humble monthly and just refunds all those games at a profit... Stuff like this would be terrible for everyone.

Lots more book bundles though.
