Frequent blue screens, many different kinds

I recently built a desktop (specs below) and since I built it I have been getting frequent blue screens. There are about 10ish different ones that I get. I suspect that some piece of hardware is broken, as I have tried every software solution that I could find, but I have no idea what part. I ran memtest with no errors, chkdsk with no errors, all drivers up to date (checked many times), replaced RAM, tried every combination of positions for new RAM, unplugged all unnecessary hardware. Nothing has worked. It never has happened while playing a game or under heavy load, and there doesn't seem to be anything in particular that triggers it (I can't get a blue screen on purpose even if I wanted to). I have only ever had Windows 10 Pro on it. Any help or suggestions on this would be appreciated.

750W. I don't know the exact model but I do know that it is 80+ Bronze certified. Also this is my second PSU after I replaced a 680W non-certified one.
