Hello, I've been meaning to upgrade some of the components of my pc, particularly my ram and hd. I get frequent blue screens, mostly when I'm just surfing the web, and sometimes when I play some games (not often). Most of the times I don't see the blue screen, it just freezes and I have to manually turn it off, and upon restarting it, it gives me the following message:

Any help would be appreciated. I'd really like to know if this is hardware related or software. Thanks so much for reading and for any insight you may be willing to share with me.

If memtest shows no errors then if the board has onboard graphics, try uninstalling nvidia drivers, enable the onboard(if you had to disable it) and see if it runs good (I wouldn't reccomend testing out heavy games though as onboard graphics suck.)

bccode 116 is a graphics card settings problem. try settings nvidia/ati control centers and set it to default. try updating your graphics card drivers and run memtest. if you get errors try running on one module and see if that solves it.

I have Gtx EVGA 670 FTW. I fear it may be my gpu, however I DO have a warranty covering it for at least another year. What are some tests I can run to see if it is my GPU, and not my ram or another component?
