i ran memtest and windows memory diagnostics tools... both passed many times

i ran some benchmark test for gpu like 3d mark basic and Furmark nothing wrong with those either good scores and passed through the test fully.

tried updating the drivers also not sure whats up with this bsod any ideas?

I have completely unistalled all amd drivers, and reinstalled them in a correct manner. Hopefully that does the trick there were optional updates for the motherboard that I will try aswell. I also used CCleaner to clean up the registery, after i unitistalled then restarted the computer and reisntalled the gpu drivers. I think it was possible that the first time I made a mistake so far no blue screen but not 100% certain its not ganna happen again. also I disabled windows aero theme cause I read that it may cause error when using recording or streaming software.. hopefully I can keep this post up to make certain its resolved and help someone else if so.

I like to believe the issue is gone... usually it will bsod a few times a day after gaming , streaming and etc.

Pretty much what i followed was ... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X8KqkZ5mTpw that video note i have ati card if u got another brand use there website for drivers... all i did was follow that video....

made sure you do exactly when i installed drivers myself i forgot to uninstall some other things i missed.. that are mentioned in that video..

use the registery cleaner from ccleaner after u uninstall before you restart the computer! reinstall the drivers that you downloaded from the website..

also just want to note that i also disabled windows aero theme instead do the regular windows basic theme. thats all i did and the problem was fixed hope that helps someone else.. with the same issue
