Windows version is 1 year behind. 18362 = 1903. Current is 19041 (2004)

Were you getting bsod before the install? might help to run windows update if you weren't.

Have you got latest BIOS on motherboard? Latest AMD chipset drivers?

Apologies that was the version that windbg was reporting from the mini dump. When i run the winver command on the pc I get version 1909 Build 18363.900?

Yes was getting BSOD before the install as that's why I reformatted.

Latest bios is on the mobo and latest chipset, graphics, network drivers etc.

Hi, I ran the dump file through the debugger and got the following information: https://doggierwhite.htmlpasta.com/

File information:061120-46359-01.dmp (Jun 11 2020 - 04:14:22)
Bugcheck:SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION (3B)
Probably caused by:memory_corruption (Process: servicehost.exe)
Uptime:2 Day(s), 11 Hour(s), 42 Min(s), and 09 Sec(s)

Possible Motherboard page: https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/B450M-GAMING-PLUS
You have the latest BIOS already installed, version 1.B.

This information can be used by others to help you. Someone else will post with more information. Please wait for additional answers. Good luck.

Maybe a stupid question but have you tried removing one of the ram sticks. I had an issue with my PC constantly crashing (freezing) when gaming but no issues with the memtest. After replacing my GPU (thinking it was the source of the problem) it still kept crashing and so I removed one of the sticks and it now seems to be running fine.

Hi yes i've ran memtest on both sticks for roughly 6 hours. No errors on either.

Sorry I mean outside of memtest. Both my sticks passed memtest but removing one stopped the issues I had with freezing and BSOD

Ruled out psu, as i've tried it with 2 different ones.
Ruled out gpu, same as above.
Have tried it with both, & combinations of one ram stick in a combination of ports.
Ram passed 8 passes on memtest.
Ruled out storage as have tried a new ssd.

Only thing I can't test is cpu & motherboard as I don't have any spares compatible with this socket.

Did you do any testing with just one stick of RAM? i.e. you normal use not memtest.

Yes tried combinations of either stick in a combination of either socket. Same thing.
