Hey all I am hoping someone can identify this code or tell me how to identify it myself. At first it was only happening at night/morning when I was running long Youtube videos but now it is happening a lot more frequently and for no reason that I can determine. Less than three days before Fallout 4 and my dream PC is not looking so healthy.

I think I should have mentioned that my OS is on a 118GB ssd while everything else is on a 1TB hdd. I am actually really hoping the ssd is bad which would mean a fairly painless removal of the ssd and a reinstall of my OS and programs and just using the hdd alone.
