Hello, thank you for taking the time to read this and or hep me with my problem

specs
asus rampage v extreme
intel i7-5820k
Dominator® Platinum Series 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15 Memory Kit (CMD16GX4M4B3000C15)
asus strix 980-ti

i built this system about a month ago and then around 3 weeks ago i started getting blue screens of death with error codes (listed below), and when i was looking into this is was obvious for other people with this problem that they had memory issues. but mine is somewhat different from what iv seen other people having, since when this started happening i hadn't updated drivers yet, since it had been working just fine, but then when it started happening i download drivers and it was occurring more often so i did a fresh install of windows on my computer (and that didn't help as you can tell) so iv been collecting the crash errors and looking into this. But in bios it is showing me that i have all 16gs working the only thing is it is showing at 2133Mhz but it shows on corsair it should be 3000Mhz

Errors-(tends to be the first 3)
Critical_Structure_Corruption
Memory_Management
System_Service_Exception
IRQL_Not_Less_Or_Equal
NTFS_File_system (Ntfs.sys)

im sorry but you have to click on the links to get photos, couldn't get them to show

Update drivers to latest (and BIOS also if not already (BIOS updates are generally full of DRAM specific updates and fixes), then give it a try under XMP and let us know what happens. If no joy will prob need an OC of the CPU and may need voltage adjustments

i will try this tomorrow and report the findings so it will be latter in the day tomorrow

okay, I've updated the drivers and bios and now i am getting BAD_POOL_HEADER error when it blue screens, and it has only been that so far as of the time i have posted this

also noticed that the cpu now is changing speed from ~1.16Ghz to ~1.98Ghz where before the bios update it was at constant at about 3.6Ghz

I have it set to automatic, and may i ask which setting under bios, I don't have a lot of experience adjusting voltages or messing with bios settings

which one of these two would it be (the highlighted one or the one above it or both), (sorry not too knowable of this)

[strike] sorry about that, it says

DRAM Voltage(CHC, CHB) 1.200V auto
DRAM Voltage(CHA, CHD) 1.196V auto[/strike]

never mind that,
One of the settings is for the left four slots and one is for the right four slots, i have set them both to 1.35v,
I will report what happens

UPDATE:
received error BAD_POOL_HEADER after setting ram to 1.35v,
received memory management error after unlocking the computer,I have lowered the voltage to 1.2 (which is what it was at with automatic voltage on, but this time it isn't on auto)
will report any more new information

I believe I have gotten it to a stabilize, but when i did Memtest I get a ton of errors saying pair (number) does not store values accurately then below that it says Memtest has detected that your computer cannot accurately store data in ram , will try adjusting System Agent Voltage and Ram voltage too see if this impacts the results, will report finding

Also i was running 12 tests at 1083 Megabytes each, 4 did not produce any errors

I will try messing with the voltages more tomorrow or this weekend, and I will also run each stick by itself to see if I can find anything that way, if not I guess I get to see what I can do with the ram if its bad, also I would like to say thanks for all the help so far, I have really appreciated it very much, thank you

I just finished going through the sticks 1 by 1 and I found out I have 2 bad sticks, 1 that always blue screens on boot up and another that 50% of the time gets past the boot up blue screen but then just gives errors in windows when ever you try to do something, will have to look into if I can do anything with them, but thank you for the help Tradesman1
