I recently upgraded my CPU from R3 1200 to R5 3600x and started experiencing frequent crashes. switching back to the old cpu stops the crashes.
The crashes have no correlation to system load, it has crashed on idle as much as it has crashed when running a game or a synthetic load.
The BSOD codes are usually security related as follows:
"IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"
"DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL"
"HYPERVISOR_ERROR"
"SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION"
...
I've tried everything i could think of:
parts:
Asrock AB350m pro4
R5 3600x
2x4G Teamgroup T-force 2666
MSI RX 570 armor oc
Update:
I updated my outdated Realtek Lan drivers and uninstalled steam audio drivers but the crashes presisted.
I have 2 new dump files here: https://s1.fileditch.ch/ouMcDHHuOgRdCKzZsCoh.zip
both of them had the error code : "HYPERVISOR_ERROR "
AND another here:https://s1.fileditch.ch/uHWMdDCdEHbcVCvrYLn.zip
ANY (ALL) help will be (was) greatly appreciated!
The CPU is defective. I will be attempting RMA.

I've tried everything i could think of:
- Reseating RAM / Running 1 stick at a time
- XMP on/off, memory diagnostic
- Clean reinstalling windows multiple times to both 10 and 11, updating drivers
- Clearing CMOS, resetting BIOS, updating BIOS (tried almost all the available versions at this point)
- Secure boot on/off, fTPM on/off, disabling cores, underclocking,
