Question Frequent BSODs with different codes

Hello! About 2 months ago my problems with frequent BSODs started, since then i've encountered many causes like:
  • IRQL_SYS_NOT_EQUAL
  • Enhanced Storage error
  • BAD_POOL_CALLER
  • WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR
  • Memory management error
  • PFN List Corrupt
BSODs appeared mostly while i was gaming (COD Warzone, AC Competizione for example) but they also happened on while browsing web, listening to Spotify or only chatting through Discord.
I don't know why but my pc doesn't have any bsod dumps, i even checked minidump settings just to be sure and everything there is as it should be.

Things i tried so far:
  • clean reinstall of windows 10
  • reinstall my Win 10 with keeping my data through Media Creation tool
  • turn off all OC (RAM xmp and CPU)
  • turn on only Turbo Boost or XMP
  • checked and cleaned RAM slots
  • checked ssd/hdd to psu connections
  • scanned for malware etc. (nothing found)
  • 2 memtest checks (got 4 passes without errors both times)
  • cpu, ram and gpu stress tests&benchmarks (not a single bsod)
  • install killerbit network drivers (fixed some error in event viewer)
  • install Intel Rapid Storage (it fixed Crucial's EhStorTcg error in Event Viewer)
..and BSODs still happen, even got another one today, what irritates me even more is that now every BSOD causes BOOT.MGR and winload.exe error so i need to fixboot everytime through windows recovery tool and cmd commands because automatic repair through restart option doesn't even work too

I think that last thing worth mentioning is that Crucial Storage tool shows my boot SSD with only 30% life remaining (checked with CrystalDiskInfo and apparently its in good condition).
Please help because i don't really know what to do now and those BSODs are giving me nightmares :(

My specs are:
CPU: Intel i5 4690k
MOBO: MSI Z97 Gaming 5
GPU: MSI GTX 970
RAM: Kingston HyperX Savage 2133 - 16 GB (2x8gb)
Boot drive - SSD Crucial Mx100 256gb
PSU: Enermax XT 630w

How old is that 630 watt Enermax XT PSU?

System: Heavy gaming use, video editing, or even bit-mining?

Check the Reliability History logs and Event Viewer logs. There may be some error codes, warnings, or even informational events that correspond to the BSODs.

Roughly 6 years old, only heavy gaming use
iirc i've had some bitcoin miner trojan but quickly removed it with mbam

only thing near todays bsod timestamp is DistributedCOM warning, some BSODs in the past corresponded with TCG command error, Enhanced Storage Driver error in Event logs but it vanished/fixed itself when i installed Intel Rapid Storage

Nothing in Reliability history logs apart from some vulkan driver errors, only corresponding with BSOD is info about unexpected shutdown

If your PC isn't generating dump files despite having lots of bugchecks, the common go to is RAM and Disk.

A checksum is performed at boot up to check for dump outputs and it can be common for HDD or RAM Faults to be to blame when dump files are not generated due to the crash dump generation process.

That and the fact that you have various somewhat conflicting bug checks would also potentially lend itself to a hardware problem.

Finally you also say you have boot issues, a poor SSD lifespan report, as well as bugchecks related to boot storage.

The PSU is something you'll want to look into. Just I'd first test the storage drive as per this guide below - as I suspect (without the dump files) that could well be the culprit: https://www.sysnative.com/forums/threads/hard-drive-hdd-diagnostics-sea-tools-for-dos-ssd-test.4072/

Do you have another known working PSU to install and try/test?

unfortunately not, would need to buy an used one to test

Thank you for your help, i did the seatools long test on that crucial boot drive and it passed

Do you have a multimeter and know how to use it? Or have a knowledgeable family member or friend who does?

https://www.lifewire.com/how-to-manually-test-a-power-supply-with-a-multimeter-2626158

Also; instead of buying a PSU see if you can borrow one for testing purposes.
I don't have one, will ask around some friends or pc service about it, i know that tests are neccesary in this case

Everything was fine for few days and i was gaming pretty hard, but got another BSOD today while browsing web my Firefox crashed and then it happened, no dump again it seems but somehow i found the previous one from 2 weeks ago? Today was the same procedure as always with winload/boot corrupted and getting everything back through windows recovery (cmd fixboot) etc.
