frequent computer crashes

My PC crashes randomly saying "system_service_exception", "system_thread_exception_not_handled" or "kmode_exception_not_handeld". Some times it crashes soon after i turn on my PC, in the middle of playing a game or not at all. Im not sure what to do, I have looked threw many other forums about these crashes. NEED HELP.

AMD Athlon x4 3.4Ghz Processor
XFX 7770 core edition graphics card
Windows 8

Is this a new pc or an older build?

if its older then check the heat sinks on the processor and graphics card are firmly in place and not clogged with dust

i built it a year ago. i blew all the dust out with compressed air a week ago

was that before or after the creashing problem started?

Did you check the heatsinks are firmly in place?

Have you made any software changes ?

im checking my cpu temps and the crashing started around the end of last summer

i have wiped my pc clean less than a week ago and re installed windows 8 since i have installed the amd drivers from thier website. im going to check the heatsink

the heat sink was firmly in place but it was full of dust so i decided to blow it out with more compressed air
