my specs are:

R5 1600
RX 480
TPLINK AC1300
ASROCK B350 PRO4

1| Are you on the latest BIOS update for your motherboard?

2| The latest drivers are dated back in 2015. See if installing them in an elevated command gives you any favorable results.
Right click installer>Run as Administrator

3| You can likewise try installing the drivers meant for Windows prior to 10 using compatibility mode:
Right click installer>Compatibility Tab>Windows 7/8 (from drop down menu)

heyo, got the same blue screen. i was torrenting and using a vpn while it happened.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from ohnonetflix1111 : "BSODs with network driver being the culprit"

Are you running Windows 10 and have you tried the latest drivers directly from Realtek?

Yeah, and what do you mean realtek? The only realtek device that i know of on my system is the audio

Your post indicates ASROCK B350 Pro4. The ASROCK website does not list this specifically.. Under the generic label "B350", they do list a AB450 Pro4, AB350M Pro4, and AB350M Pro4/DASH. The feature sheet for all three lists "Realtek Gigabit LAN" for those motherboards, Specifically a Realtek RTL8111 series. The generic RTL81xx series driver may help.

i can try updating the ethernet drivers but i dont know how that would help with my wifi card

Just a troubleshooting step if you use your wired connection. If you don't use the wired connection, as a troubleshooting step, disable that portion of the hardware.

As an alternative, you can try the chipset manufacturer's driver for the chip that your T6E? uses.

my wifi card uses a broadcom driver that i got from tp-link's site
