Frequent cs go fps drops on a good build

Whenever I play cs go, I usually get a solid 200-270 fps. But frequently, I drop to 40-90, then back up, every 30 seconds. PLEASE HELP

AMD FX 8350
DRIVERS 337.50 BETA(Suposedly help)
LOWEST SETTINGS

Have tried the -threads and -process heap and stuff,
Won't help

Maybe your cpu is getting hot.

Blow out the case - especially the fans, coolers and filters. Try again.

Currently; get fine fps on all other games, I get good fps on this one but the drops and rises are ticking me off. I've tried limiting, but then it just drops.

What case make and model?

What motherboard make and model?

Download HWInfo and run Sensors. Post the results - usually 3 screenshots on TinyPic or similar.

cpu ok - 1.128-1.32V,38-40C, 1.4-3.9GHz

PSU - 3.3v at 2.004, no readings for 12v or 5v - REPLACE PSU

So It looks like your psu isn't working properly. Can you post 3.3v, 5v and 12v readings from your mobo UEFI? just to check

GPU 1230rpm, 44C, 0.875V, idle.

Maybe start by letting us know the make and model of the motherboard. Did you get supporting disks with it? It should've had UEFI software with it.

Yeah I have a disc that came with my mobo. And my mobo is made by gigabyte, the GIGABYTE 970A-DS3P as stated before.

The get the uefi software off it and use it to tell me the 12v, 5v and 3.3v readings

After further looking, I just looked in my BiOS

3.3v is 3.225
5v 5.070
12v 11.880

OK - those readings are better.

So there's no hardware problems as such.

It gets down to the settings you're using.
