Frequent FPS drops in games

First off, I don't know that much about computers, I know a few things but they're really the basics.

CPU: AMD FX-8350 @ 4.0GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770 @ 2GB
RAM: 16,0GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 803MH
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit SP1
Motherboard: ASUSTeK Computer INC. M5A78L-M/USB3 (AM3R2)

Storage:
2TB Seagate ST2000DM001-1ER164 ATA Device (SATA) ((Most of my games from Steam are installed on this disk)

149GB MAXTOR STM3160811AS ATA Device (SATA)

223GB KINGSTON SV300S37A240G ATA Device (SSD)

The issue: In alot of games I play, I've been facing FPS drops. I don't know when it started, and in what games exactly, but one example is CS:GO.
Starting options:
-language english
-threads 8
-novid
-nod3d9ex
-high
-processheap
-cl_forcepreload 1
-mat_queue_2

My FPS counters(Shadowplay and steam) tell me that I am playing on 180-200 FPS, however every once in a while, usually at round starts and a little throughout, it drops to 70 or so. In Deathmatch it used to be even worse. I'm looking for a solution that makes me able to play with a stable FPS, because to be very honest, I doubt this is right. I am actually noticing it when I have those drops, whether it's because I have my FPS shown or not, it shouldn't be dropping to 70, sometimes even 40-50

I've been watching a streamer play the game, while he plays on a good 200 FPS while streaming with a GTX 480, Intel i7 4790k(Obviously I know this is much better than mine) and 8GB ram.

Second example: ARK. Now I know this game is not optimized yet, however I constantly play on 60-70FPS, then drop to 20 for multiple seconds. Then it climbs back towards a better FPS.

Third example: DayZ. Just like ARK, this is probably not optimized good enough, however others are getting stable FPS, while my FPS keeps going from 60 to 20, repeatedly every once in a while.

Fourth example: GTA V. Used to play with 80FPS and it'd drop to 20FPS for seconds. The fix I got for this, was adjusting the CPU's core voltage from 1.3375 to 1.3 in AMD overdrive, which fixed the problem. (Just tested, did not work in CSGO)

I've tabbed back into CSGO with my performance tab open to see what my CPU does, After getting a drop to 60-70FPS which returned to 240, I took this screenshot

I haven't opened the case to get rid of the dust for a few months, so maybe I should check that out soon?

I'm hoping someone knows a fix for this, because switching to an Intel CPU would mean I'd also have to get a new mobo.

Solution
I remember when I the GTX-760 with 2GB of VRAM, it caused there FPS drops at least for GTA V.

I've lowered the settings to match the VRAM and it went smooth

What the VRAM usage stands for in GTA-V for you, check your "graphics" settings

P.S, Dayz which is similar to ARMA 3 relies a lot on CPU, I suggest that you'll check if your GPU is bottlenecked by the CPU. (start from monitoring the utilization of both CPU and GPU during game)
